Only the PSD - 35 dollars or best offer

Obviously this is a unique template which I will only sell once and you will gain the full rights to without any links back to my site. The (X)HTML coded version will also include the bit of jquery which is responsible for the nice little drop-down section. The coding process should be done by the end of the week if you want it coded. Please be aware that I'm reasonably new to the actual freelancing so please don't blame me if the price I'm asking is stupid. If you have any other questions please feel free to PM me. The design will include up to 5 working pages and additional PHP coding can be discussed however might be charged for.

After some advice and revising I'm sure this is not the best I can do

so I've lowered the price for just the PSD to 20 dollars and the fully coded version to let's say 35 dollars. All the other above mentioned counts.
