what do you use and how

Godaddy is my hosting service, and I just payed extra for their coldfusion support. I use dreamweaver cs4 for my web building, and love what they've done with spry, but w/o an RDS login I'm a little confused as how to make the 2 work together. I was just wondering if anyone else out there uses coldfusion with godaddy, and how you get your pages on your server...do you just local host them then ftp, or is there an easier alternative?

demtron is on a distinguished road
For all my sites and for all languages, I host them on a dedicated staging server, then load the changes via FTP to the live site after client acceptance. I also use GoDaddy for their price, but I prefer to use CrystalTech.com and other their versatility and netter support.

I decided to host them locally and then ftp them over, so now I'm just working out all the kinks in this process.
