Question Simple form using Asp

Hi folks,

I've got a pretty good grasp of html, but asp is beyond me at this point.

I'm looking to make a really simple input form through which an
administrator (with login) can change the content of a page.

administrator enters into form: "xyz"

so that until a new variable is entered (one week later) the page displays as:
"content content content xyz"

---

i've figured out how to write the form using html, but don't know where to start with the asp... In fact i'm not even sure what to search for.

I would be happy with a link/post to a pre-existing script, or somewhere i can get step by step instruction.

sorry this is so basic!
thanks so much
ian

I would start looking at www.w3schools.com and www.codefixer.com. Both of these sites have ample code examples and likely have something you can use.
