Advice on huge coding project.

Hi guys. Having trouble finding a coder thats interested to work on our new site. Im not a coder, so i dont have the knowledge i just know what im after.

We pretty much have design available and will need the code to reflect this perfectly. Its just a regular esports multigaming such as team-dignitas.org etc.

I guess the problem is the forum. Currently using vbulletin but want to move to IPB with a convert and keep our database as it will be better in the longrun and much easier to mod into what i want to do.

If its possible id like to see the site revolve around the ipb core i.e for the register/login area on the frontpage this will be tied directly to the forum one. Registration will be porting in the forum registration page.

The CMS will need to be hand customised to how we want it so we can update everything we want. The CMS needs different usergroup levels and i was thinking could this be based off the forum usergroups?

Also roster pages for the team i would like to use ipb's but customise their profile page.

I know it would be easier to go with a forum integration of this size but i would love to have it.

Others thoughts, or anyone keen to quote this???

Does IPB use same database as that of vbulletin ? else you may not be able to convert.

I have experince with vBulletin and IPB and have made custom mods for them for years. If you want to discuss a CMS system or site built around the IPB core then PM me and we can arrange something.
