Printing PSD

I'm working on making a hard copy of my portfolio that I can carry around with me to visit clients.

I took a sample of jpegs and loaded them to staples.ca to be printed, and in the preview all the images were displaced on the pages. Some took up the full page, some were only to the left of a page.

What size should my standard image be, so that each of my designs is centered on a standard letter size paper?

Letter paper is 2550px x 3300px, or 215.9mm x 279.4mm. I'd suggest leaving a bit of space around the edges, just in case, and do it at something like 300 dpi so it's not all blurgh. Let us know how it comes out?

In the NEW dialog there's an option (Preset) to selece US- or International Paper.

Canadian P4 paper is simply American "Letter" paper rounded to metric units. It measures in at 215 × 280mm, which are the the measurements you should enter unless your printer prints solely in A4.
