It looks cool, but you have made some mistakes behind the scenes:
It uses tables for layout, which is bad.
5 errors and 1 warning in your markup
Iframes are pretty slow and annoying too.

Although I have to give you credit for the header and menu. That's really nice.

Positives:
Very nice design and use of space.
Its simple and to the point.

Negatives:
Besides in the title bar of the browser, I have to scroll a long ways down in order to see what the heck Kiddy Junction is. Needs to be more clear, because it could be a lot of things.
Header/Menu is huge. Most of the average resolutions will have it commanding the screen before any content.
You have a 'website compatability test' of some kind...don't do that. You are the designer/developer, so you need to figure it out and make it work no matter what browser.

Meh:
I develop with Flash, and I love it when it enhances things, but I think it might be too much on some of the pages. I would suggest pulling back some, but thats up to you.

I would use SWFObject to load Flash, just because I like it.

I do like your Flash header... it's not too big, and the entire site isn't in flash. I think it might benefit from a series of fading images, but nothing too fancy.

I don't like your choice of font (size, type, link colors). It looks like you spent your time focusing on graphic design, but you could stand to make the actual text a bit prettier.

I really don't like the links to W3C at the bottom. The purpose of your site is the daycare center... none of your clients are going to care about the W3C. You code DOES need to be W3C compliant, just get rid of the links.

I use flashblock so your site was inaccessible for me. I wont bother unblocking it. I cant believe people still use flash for things like navigation.

There comes the importance of Progressive Enhancement . There must be basic navigation list(using the <ul>-<li> -</a> tags) as an alternate content of your flash.

I second the use of SWFObject!

One big flaw I see is loading time. I use high speed DSL and it took a long time to load. When I went to the teachers page it took 18 seconds to load the images. This can really hurt your traffic flow.
