Looking For Partnership In Online Game

I'm only good on Photoshop; aweful with coding.
I've played around and made a smart layout.
(Got the layouts sorted for ALOT of the pages full size)



I have all my layout ideas in .PSD form.
Wanted to set up my own text based online game, was thinking mafia based, but I could chnage this to give us a USP (Unique Selling Point).

Was looking for a partner who wasn't too busy to help code it, and if the game were to kick off then all profit from donations would be split 50:50.

Myself and the coder would own 50% of the game.
- That is nothing right now but its has the potential for being a good game with a fair bit of money to be made; if we get lucky.

I only really wanted it to be more of a hobby than fulltime job.
I was thinking more of a part-time project leaving us to attempt other things and work on this whenever we got time.

This is how I believe the project should get underway and progress:
I was thinking about designing every page in picture form, then slicing up the template into small .jpegs, and asking the coder to assemble the layout making reference to the mock up pages I've made (I'll design every single page).

When we get the layout sorted properly then we can progress onto working on coding the game.
I'll mainly think of ideas to make this game just that little bit different from all the others, but I will always be happy for input from my partner. I'll write out all the terms of service, FAQ's and other admin things, just leaving you to code it

When the game gets running, I will expect you to help run it, afterall half of it will be yours.
Experience of coding would be good, fingers crossed, I'll find someone fantastic.

I work on Text Based games for a living. However I won't touch Mafia games, they are way too common and many people don't like them.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing actually, you mentioned quite a few ideas in your personal messages.

I may think about developing those ideas, but really I will have a while to mull them over and improve them, while my partner codes the layout and game.

Sounds good, the unique games are the successful ones. Like the very first mafia game was successful, then all the clones came.

I am a beginner with php and mysql, and need to start somewhere, i could help, there would not have to be any profit sharing, and the game could be entirely yours, however you would still need another coder, to help meet the needs that i could not, but i can do most of it,
