Birthday countdown code - $50 (plus I'll pay paypal fees)

1) Project Details: (be as specific as possible): I need some code that can be slotted onto a website that will countdown to a certain date (say a birthday) based on the user's timezone. I'm open to suggestions as to the language it would best be done in (javascript/php etc).

All the code needs to do is have two to three dropdown boxes that say (one for day and the other for month), when is your birthday and the user selects their birthdate and the site (as well as their time zone), based on the user's timezone, spits out an image with the words, There are XXX days until my birthday - as well as code (I will provide artwork) that can be input into a facebook page/myspace page/).

I could do this for you using PHP/MySQL (GD image library will be needed too), if you still need it done.

Here's a few questions:

1) Is there a template made for the script to be put into or must the coder create a template himself/herself?
2) The code for Facebook, is it basic HTML or some sort of BBCode type thing (funnily enough, I have no idea how Facebook works cause I don't use it )
3) Is there a deadline?

If you're still looking I'll be up for doing this. Also, I can integrate it into flash so the count down is live (you can see seconds etc changing).
