Looking for Website Coder + Shopping Cart Creation.

I am designing a layout for my client that will be quite simple to code but will require a shopping cart. The layout will be inspired by www.tapout.com.

2) Payment Amount: I would ideally be looking at $250 ONO.

3) Payment method/ details (Paypal, check? Timeline?): Best payment method available as I live in the UK.

4) Additional Info (about project or potential bidders):

Depending on the speed and quality of the outcome I would favor the coder for future projects, I' will be recieving alot of requests in the near future and need capable contacts that can deal with jobs I trust them with.

I believe this project would exceed $250, as for shopping cart websites, freelancers or companies rarely charge under $30 an hour.

Would the shopping cart need to be made from scratch or could a prebuilt cart be used? The cart's template would be redone to fit the template you make of course. What exactly is 250 ono dollars?

The cart wouldn't need to be made from scratch, just edited graphically by myself to fit the layout I design.

How about customizing oscommerce ? you can also post your requirement at freelance website like http://getafreelancer.com/ ,etc.

Paypal, would likely be the best form of payment due to me living in the UK.
