Hi, i'm totally new to php and i am trying to make a forum.
I have no idea where to start, obviously i would like for it to use bb code but i have no idea about that either.
Any help will be appreciated.

You need to download and install phpBB (open source program).

It will take PHP and MySQL knowledge and experience.

I recommend you find a webhost that uses "Fantastico" ... and will
install the forum for you automatically. Or hire someone to do it.
