gani is an unknown quantity at this point
show one flash 20 times

if i have 20 swf files on my page and they all have the same name will all 20 files be downloaded or will only one file download and the other 19 be taken from cache?

I have one file called myfile.swf. I show it on my page 20 times. (please dont ask me why ) This file is 1mb.... what will the user download? 20mb or 1mb?

If you embed the same file over and over, it should be downloaded once.

I will try to not to ask why you are doing this with something so large, and also please note that that many instances of a flash movie (regardless if they are all the same) at such a large size is likely to cause hangups in some browsers!
