How Difficult is this.....

Hi everyone,

I came across a really good site and was wondering how difficult it would be to do something simialr in Flash. Here is the swf file url: http://www.frooition.com/files/swf/e...ignclients.swf

Is this really advanced flash? I'm quite a novice at flash. I have been using it on and off for work during the last few months, but wouldn't know where to start with this one!!
