Hey!

What program would you recommend, if I'd like to convert AVI to WMV 8/9? Well, that's my question really

I've had good results doing that using premiere.. they have a fully functional 30 day trial version you can try

Here is a link to a free program that converts between .wmv & .avi

By the way, If you already have the Windows Movie Maker installed on your system, that would convert .avi to .wmv, also.

Well, I just wanted to inform you all that I tried Microsoft's Windows Media Encoder 9 and I must say that it's best of all others I've tried. Worth checking out!
