Live Page Editing

Hello everyone. I hope someone here can help me out with an issue. I put together a site for my fire department and would like to have the chiefs page able to be edited by him. I guess it would be like a post type thing. The only person who would have access to this would be him. What I am wondering is in what direction should I be heading. I have the page saved as a .php page.

Does anyone have any idea? I am just wondering where to start as far as the html goes to code this. Or am I going to have to look at something like javascript?

Think about some CMSs like wordpress, where you don't have to think about the authentication and other complexities.

Wordpress would be nice but I want to be able to keep the page like the rest of the site..uniform is a must.

Then you'll have to modify wordpress or another cms like joomla or drupal or build your own
