Drop down menu issue

Hi all -
I am having issue with my company's site - we are using a css based drop-down menu as the main top navigation -
on the homepage - left side content is Flash that changes images in and out - the problem is that the drop-down menu items are dropping down BEHIND the Flash element - how can I fix this?
Thanks

(PS - we know it looks like garbage in IE on a PC - we haven't got that far yet =] )

I don't see any flash content in your page. So no such issues mentioned above.

My apologies - the people working on the site took the Flash down since it wasn't working properly -
You can see it here -
http://www.challengerlifts.com/Test/index_flash.shtml
I've found out the Flash was done by working through Keynote - exporting to Quicktime - then to Flash - does anyone know if this could be part of the problem?

I've read about the
param name="wmode" value="transparent"
and tried that - but it doesn't seem to work -
thanks in advance

i don't know if this will work, but try to increase the zindex value of the menu to bring it to the front of everything.

Did you try adding z-index on these IDs?
navigation, front_pic and mainLeft

If that doesnt work either then try removing float:left on the flash.
