MLReynolds is an unknown quantity at this point
Java "onClick" & XHTML

Page will not validate as XHTML with the "onClick" statement to open a new window.

eg;

<a href="imageview/879mod8x6view.html" target="_new" onClick="openit('imageview/879mod8x6view.html'); return false;">
<img src="thumbs/879modthumb.jpg" width="200" height="150" border="0" alt="879mod.jpg" title="View in 800x600 resolution" /></a>

Script is defined in a external sheet, and worked fine with HTML 4.0

Has anyone else faced this problem?

Thank you,
MIchael
