pligg script install/modify need help

Hi,

I am a webmaster have no skill, but want to set up this site http://project10tothe100ideacollection.com/ by using pligg script and template.

Mean time set up another site called ideatube.info in same way.

When people submit idea to first site, it will published on both sites. Use the long domain to get traffic to grow the second site.

I made http://project10tothe100ideacollection.com/faq.html and disclaimer etc. Content won't need much help but wording does.

I am looking for help, set up both sites to perfect functioning condition, in case I have to manage it by myself.

I will pay for your help, but I also hope to find a partner who likes the idea and have the skill. If so 50/50.
