I view source code successfully , but I can not view DESIGN, CAN I ?
I open successfully php pages in
MS-VWD2008EXPRESS of VISUAL STUDIO 2008,
in code view ? May still view them IN DESIGN VIEW, how ?

There may not be a way. If not, why not just use a browser? It's better practice anyway.
