Need Coder for "MUD" Text Based Game

1) Project Details: (be as specific as possible): I been for a long time trying to learn php however since college started for me and i just want one up that i own. I now am looking for someone to make it for me with the instructions i give. I have made a 14 very detailed project with some more new added features later on, I will do the design and layout. Pay will be weekly most likely not up front as that is easy for scammers. Contact me for more information if needed
