finspoker is an unknown quantity at this point
how do I make an all resolution size website?

I need help. I made a website but when viewed in different resolutions everything moves to the left. I made it in a 1024X768 screen and will like to know if there's anything I can do for all my viewers to be able to see everything the way I do. I checked a website where the page was the same in all the resolutions is there a code for that???
P.S. I used frames and layers...........
