how to avoid duplicated orders?

Hi Friends

I have designed a web page for issuing complains order but the real problem comes from the users, when the user issues a new order and the same time the browser is very slow the user clicks again for the same order becuase he thinks his order is not being issued.

I need to hide the button untail the complaints are completed successfuly?

How is it possible to be carried out?

You could disable the button in the onclick event like
Code:
<input type="submit" value="Submit" onclick="this.disabled=true;">
