Is there such thing as a flash player offline notice?

I have a flash player on my page with a live stream..

When i stop the encoder, is there such thing as a "flash player offline" notice or anyway to add my own notice of picture (jpeg) ???

Thanks

Steve

In my 4 years of web development, I've never heard of it. Unless you do it in Flash CS3, which may work. Have a bit google.
