is this possible with flash?

Hi, I am just wondering if this can be done with flash cs3:

* a menu for a website with several links, each link is just text like "home" "gallery" etc.
* the links are arranged on top of each other, diagonally
* the links changes colour when you mouseover them

attached is an image of what i mean.


I'm not looking for specific instructions on how to do it (unless anyone has time) but a pointer to the right tutorial or simply a "yes, it can be done" would be nice. I have zero flash experience.
