Multiple options

I have a problem creating multiple options in JavaScript.

Here is the scenerio:

I have 2 lists with 3 options each that users can select. On the first list they can either select from the dropdown menu or click on 1 of 3 images.

Then, they select from the second list with another 3 options and corresponding images. (You can only select options from this list once the first list of options is selected)

After the final selection you click a button and it will take you to new page depending on what options you selected. A total of 9 variables.

The problem:

The user is able to click either the image or dropdown from the first list, but the second list only allows you to select from the dropdown menu. If you click the image it will clear out the 2 options list.

Does anyone have a basic "fill in the blanks" code for this scenerio?

Thanks, but I'm looking for something that allows the user to click an image that will fill in the dropdown menu selection. And be able to do this twice on one page.
