Project Management/Time Tracking

What does everyone here use to manage their projects and track time? Sure you can use dozens of different software apps, or just write it all down.

I'm curious what other people do because I'm looking for something that I can use that will allow me to more easily connect with remote clients. I'd really like to be able to have a web collaboration setup that also allows time tracking that my clients can access themselves to send files and make project notes.

Thanks for your input!

I'm trying to upload that extension right now, but I've got to update to 1.5.6 before it will work. How is it? What all does it do?
