help with software for mobile phones

I want to build a software for my final year project that performs encryption for text messages ,mms messages and is able to decrypt similarly encrypted messages from another user.I want to perform all types of normal encryption using all common ciphers RSA,Hill,Elgamal etc.Later if time permits i will probably look to implement triple DES,AES as well.Please tell me if this project is feasible
...nad if knowledge of JME is vital for this.
I think that development will take knowledge of JME and i am prepared for it but
i need an expert's opinion just to initiate this one .Please help..
