Smoke tutorial required please

Can somebody please point me to a good photoshop tutorial on how to create smoke? I've looked around on the web but the ones that I found were not satisfactory. I would like to create smoke that would be generated by fire or by a cigarette.

Video tutorials would be preferred but I don't mind a text tut if it's well explained.

Thanks.

^ Thanks for the links. THIS tutorial proved to be particularly informative. The other tutorials I've followed all failed to mention that you need to 'randomize' your waves which is crucial to achieving the smoke effect.
