I have a file with up to 30 fields that need to be changed. I'm not a Mysql expert, but i really require help on this one.

INSERT INTO `fields` VALUES(1, 1, 'gender1', 'gender2', 'english=Ik ben', 'combo', 'Man', 'english=Man\nVrouw', '', '', '', '1', '1', '1', '1', '1', 1);
Alot of words need to be changed, i can supply them for you, other fields needs to be closed since alot of '''' are at the end and all. All that is to be taken care of is the correct way of closing such a field where it is valid and Mysql understands it with importing. This job is less then 15 minutes of work since i can either supply you with the new words or do it myself.
