Ruby tutor

Hi there, I am looking for somene with Ruby & Ruby on Rails experience to teach me in the basics. I want to know how to install it on my server (I have a VPS), how to use it for web applications, syntax, functions, etc, etc. I basically want someone to cover most aspects of using it well enough that I'll be able to write my own stuff using Ruby. I know that there are plenty of online tutorials, but there's nothing quite like having someone to explain and help you out when you encounter errors.

I'll be paying you by the hour, for pre-arranged sessions of roughly an hour each. You can be doing other stuff whilst you talk to me, but I expect prompt responses. I'm expecting to pay around $18/hour, although fees are negotiable if this seems too low. Payment will be via PayPal. For the first hour's instruction, I will pay you *after* it is completed (to ensure you're the real deal, and actually know what you're talking about), and then for every session after that I'll send you the money via PayPal before we begin. So I guess in the first instance you risk losing an hour of your time, and every instance after that I risk losing a whopping $18 :P

You need to have instant messenger, have a good background in using Ruby, and speak -very- good English. You can PM me here or email me at kamryn.tamayo@googlemail.com.
