Mailing List signups .05 per

1) Project Details: (be as specific as possible):
I have a mailing list that I'd like to get a higher member count. Signups are through Yahoo.

2) Payment Amount:
5 cents per new user. Do not need forum posts, just user count.

3) Payment method/ details (Paypal, check? Timeline?):
PayPal, pay per 100 signups ($5 increments) up to $50.

4) Additional Info (about project or potential bidders):
Need list of those users you sign up.

His ad might make sense if he were paying $50 to sign up. That might be more interesting. See if he's willing to change his terms.
