Programmer wanted

I'm not sure if this is the right place for this but Could I possibly post a request for a php programmer? I have a small project for a client that I dont have enough resources to complete so I'm looking to outsource this project...

Yes this is the correct place. That is if you do not have a price range / dont know what price range is appropriate.
