Flash training

My company is moving towards flash and they want me to take some training in Flash. Since I never did Flash and never had a software, they purchased Flash MX. Now I need training. Can any one suggest me a good training center/school in the New York City (Manhattan)? I searched in google and came accross some, but dont know whether they are good or not. If some one can suggest me their experience it would be great.

Check out the macromedia website for that (www.macromedia.com).

Personally I say look around www.flashkit.com - it has a lot of beginners tutorials, and its own forum with a lot of knowledgeable people - www.flashkit.com/board
