Dreamweaver mx 2004 or cs3 for activation/deactivation between two PCs needed ONLY ACTVATION ? The deactivation is not needed (only S/N Needed), is done automatically ?

They are different versions so no need for deactivation. If you installed CS3 on one system, activated it and wanted to put it on a different system you would need to deactivate the previous installation first.

In one sentense you say the one and to the other sentense the other ... I try run dw mx 2004 to other pc without deactivation to my fist pc SUCCESSFULLY ... WELL needed or not the deactivation in this case ?

lse, he said had you wanted to move your CS3 to a new computer, you would have to move the activation. However this is an upgrade, which requires a new license therefore no activation or deactivation...ergo I'm just repeating Aero.
