formatting issues of shopping cart

I'm having issues formatting the cart page.


I'm trying to have a row of headers at the top. Each item would have its own row below the corresponding headers with a thin line separating the items. But I can't seem to get things to align correctly. I would also like the thumbnails to appear 50% smaller without having to edit the image files themselves.
