help centering a sub menu

I inherited a site from another developer and I'm trying to make due with the code that's there. I added a navigation with a horizontal submenu that I want moved over to the right (Clients sub items) so that the user doesn't have to go very far to access these links. I've tried everything, padding, margins, floats. Nothing is working to move just the ul.

Does anyone have any ideas how to center the Profiles, Photos sublinks?

thanks for your help
