I am Looking to Mimic Kontera Ads with my Own JS mousover Popups

I am Looking to Mimic Kontera Ads with my Own JS mousover Popups
I have a couple questions.

I want to have an online glossary for my website http://AskTheTrainer.com

For difficult words, I want to have a mouseover popup with a simplified definition.

I would also like a .html page with all the definitions on it.

There are kontera ads on my site. Is there any way to create a script which mimics the kontera ads? The same look and feel, but with my information.

I would also like to have a 2 second delay after the mouse cursor is above it before the popup comes up? Is all this possible?

I know the easy <SPAN title=" description here " class="popup">text</SPAN> code, but don't know how to put it in the CSS to simplify things.

I'm using Frontpage 2003 ( I know it sucks, don't need to hear any bashing) Again my site is

http://AskTheTrainer.com

there is kontera popups on every page except for the home page.

Thanks in advance to all the help!

This is for flash...please read the rules and post in the proper sections.

www.mootools.net - Go to their demos, for Tooltips. Its a great simple method, otherwise there are tons of examples if you Google CSS Tooltips.
