Indentifying checkboxes selected in multiple pages

Hello,

I have a requirement where I need to know the options selected by the viewer(a check box is provided beside all the options) and these options are shown on multiple pages. Is there any chance to trace the check boxes present on different pages?

In brief, I would like to know the status of check boxes present in different pages so that I can show the information related to the options selected.

Please let me know if there is any solution to this issue.

Thanks in advance.
