Flash Game Help Needed

I'm currently in the process of making a medival flash game. It's multiplayered, so that the user needs to see the other users it's playing with. I'd like to add chat too and a whole interactive landscape.

Sure, I've read Flash and ActionScript Tutorials, but I'm not exactly sure how to make the kind I'm looking towards.

I was wondering if you could give me tips or help me do some of the coding pieces. I'd appreciate it much, and you will get full credit for your work if you help to code, please.

You'll need to hire a bunch of Illustrator artists for a start!

PS: The description of what you want to do for a newbie is extremely ambitious. I've got no clue how to actually do that...and I've worked with Flash for a while in some capacity.

There are books about game design with Flash, probably would be worth the investment if you are serious about this.

Er, not Flash anymore. On another forum, someone told me I was really looking for Java. *Shudders* I used to do programming with Javascript, but not raw Java. I'll try though. I just need the software.
