Search Engine (??)

1) Project Details: (be as specific as possible): I need a search engine built - similar to the one found at: www.char-broker.com under search listings. I need one that has pretty much all those searches

2) Payment Amount: ?? (need an estimate)

3) Payment method/ details (Paypal, check? Timeline?): paypal / check - couple of days

4) Additional Info (about project or potential bidders): need something basic. i've already got a lot of code done - but i'm having problems linking it to search their listings on their own page.

We need more details such as what type of database do they currently have and what server side language would you need this done in?

Is this search going to tap into an MLS property database? If so, this will play a big part of the project, as MLS services have their own search interfaces which your developer will have to become familiar with.
