Symbol Font for Greek Letters in FF

I just designed a website that is css'ed to times new roman, however there is one page that has some greek letters that uses symbol font. It displays fine in IE, FF on a Mac, and Safari, but it does display on FF on a PC.

Anyone have any solutions? I did some research and I could only find how to do it locally? Can it even be done? Or should I just put

"*Some characters will not display properly in certain browsers."

Thanks

Are you setting an appropriate character encoding?
