Is this possible in an eBook?

Hi

I want to make an eBook that dynamically updates elements on certain pages when the reader is online.

So I'd have a website running behind the scenes, and the ebook could retrieve text, video, photos as I upload it to the website. I imagine it would work much in the same way as using an include on a web page.

Is there anything out there that does this? Dynamic eBooks that update in realtime without the reader having to download a new version?

Cheers

Shaun

What will be the format of that ebook?, is it a PDF or a compiled HTML?

The kind that'll open as an .exe, and doesn't need acrobat. Is that the compiled html?

Cheers
