Hyperlink in iframe to open outside iframe

Hey yall,

I am developing a website for my organization and I am trying to make it where there is a menu in one iframe and it has a series of links. clicking on of them causes another iframe (which is located in the parent page holding the first iframe) to load a page. I can't figure this part out. Is there anyone who can help with this?
