Bottom Bar Breaks In IE?

Okay, so my website seems to display properly even in IE, except for one little annoying quirk...when the page first loads, the bottom bar is "broken," though it seems to fix itself as soon as the window is resized. It might only be with certain versions of IE, I'm not sure, because I'm on a Mac and haven't been able to test it.

Since this forum was so helpful in fixing my earlier problem, I thought I'd ask here and see if anyone had some ideas as to what's causing it? Here's the link:

Add display:inline-block; to the CSS for the footer.
