I'd like to write a frame on the fly...

I'm using a tree menu for lotsa mpg training videos at work and instead of wrting a heap of separate HTML pages for each video, I'd like to simply add a javascript:"RunVideo(XYZ.mpg)" href link from the click on shortcut.....

Unfortunately it's been so long since I wrote any JS or DHTML I need a prod in the correct direction....

Here's a link to a similar setting which is real player videos - but the frame structure and everyting are the same - only that I'm using the mpg objects instead of the real player objects...
