Writing a simple audio (mp3) player

Hi,

I am using MacroMedia Flash MX version 6.0 and want to write
a flash plaer to play mp3 audio files on my web site.

I have found a useful tutorial here :
http://knowflash.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=274

What I would like to know is this: Does my version of Flash have the functionality to do this ?
I did try and load the .flv from this tute but I couldn't do so (see my other thread about that)

I am new to flash so before trying to copy this tute I thought I would try and find out if it is possible first

Thanks for any help

As far as I know...yeah it would work. www.gotoandplay.com has great video tutorials that I recommend as well.
