Need small tweak to flash

First of all. Is it only fla that can be editted? Or can swf be editted also?

On that note, would anybody like to help me out by making two very small flash games (tic tac toe and lights out) which are open source codes. Custom to my website? All it would have is the website name on the start menu and a single line of php or mysql that would update the database if a user won.

Legally its only the fla that can be edited. As to the other part of your post. Maybe you should post in the projects forums.
