drop down menu bar doesn't work in IE6

Hi all,
I ham working on a site where I have integrated a drop down menu bar (for two of the nav choices: about us and products)...http://keystonepotato.siretesting.co...tone/news.html

It seems to work ok in FF on pc and mac but IE6 is having trouble with it and displays each link the whole way across the screen. This particular menu was a free online menu that I tried to customize to my needs here but I am unsure of the rationale behind the css on the dropdowns. Since I have worked this far with it though, I thought I'd seek advice on how to fix the problem...

I am having trouble getting my drop down menu to work in IE6 and 7... It seems to work fine on Firefox (PC and Mac) and Safari Mac.

In IE, the background hover color does not appear on the top level link (the text is white) and the drop downs do not appear at all.

The only nav links that have drop downs are "About Us" and "Products".

I also noted that the bottom of the section name header is getting cut off in IE...

Any help is much appreciated as I have been trying to implement this menu for multiple nights.
