Imagehosting review (dutch)
www.dumpjeplaatje.nl
Target: Website menth for freely hosting your images. The backend including frontend (the website) is pretty simple. On a few minor things, like after you uploaded your image and you wish to view the image within the website it stretches out, and the 1 error on W3C validator (if someone can help me out on that one? link ) the website is pretty much done Note; it's in dutch language lol.

a
form element is not allowed in a span element. Your error is here: Code:
<span class="body"> div and setting its display property to inline<editus>It's somewhere in the W3C image agreement that you cannot display the icon with a border. Also, you really shouldn't display this if it isn't valid when you're aware of this.</editus>

I don't have time to give a full review at the moment.
But there is one thing that I noticed that just does not look right. I love simple hover effects like underline. Its just enough for the user to understand its a link. So for normal content I like it. However, for your Title "Dumpjeplaatje.nl" I don't think the underline on hover is a good idea. Most people know that the header image or the site title can be clicked to return to the home page. Make the title not have a separate hover effect. -trigger |
