about headings, i thought of putting some images there (similar to buttons) which will stand for selected category. i will change to white for now, but do you maybe know a good resource where i can see how to make such buttons.. |

If by "trendy" you mean more of the web 2.0 look, here's a list of a LOT of tutorials that might help you out:
http://webusabilityhelp.blogspot.com...20-design.html I agree that the sidebar is a little hard to read--the contrast between black and blue is pretty poor (that shade of blue at least). Otherwise there's not a lot to critique, the design is pretty plain (not necessarily a bad thing, but not a lot to talk about). |
