Create a working version of the competition finder tool.
The Source Code is available for download.

I want to use this tool for personal use so i want to host it on my own hosting account.

The competition finder tool is as you can see on the SEOBook.com's website not functioning.
It used to function well, but it also had it's limitation due to the tool not working because of the usage limit that is associated with the SOAP API.

This is also one of the main reasons i can't use the source code, because it requires a SOAP API that is not being provided anymore by Google.

So it comes down to this, create a similar tool that functions like the competition finder tool.

I'm don't have the technical know how on coding to place a educated estimate on this project.
If this is way to low, which is the impression i get from your post what would be a fair number to work up to?

I think Fumigator's concern was that this is posted in the Small Projects (<$100) forum implying that you're only willing to pay up to $100.

If you'd like, please post your budget for the project, and I'll move the thread to the appropriate forum.

With some current developments on this please put this project on hold for now, if that is possible.

Also if i can get some feedback of an estimated pricing in overall, it would help me place a budget for this.
